Public Health Order Update
We are implementing the following temporary COVID-19 guidelines for the 2021 golf season. These guidelines include procedures put in place for your health and safety, to which you must adhere to when you and your guests are on the Teulon Golf & Country Club property.
TGCC 2021 COVID-19 Guidelines
Booking Tee Times
- Tee times will be separated by 10 minute intervals
- Tee times can be booked by calling 204-886-4653 or online through the public section on www.teulongc.com
- Golfers must have a pre-booked tee time in order to play; walk-on tee times will not be available
Parking Lot
- Golfers may arrive a maximum of 30 minutes prior to their tee time to prevent line ups in the pro shop
- Members and guests are encouraged to stop at the designated bag drop area prior to parking.
- No outside alcohol is permitted on the Teulon Golf & Country Club property at any time!
Pro Shop
- All members and guests must check-in at the pro shop
- The pro shop building is now open!
- Preferred payment is debit/credit cards – card terminal will be sanitized between customers (cash will still be accepted)
- Staff will be available outside of the pro shop to provide guidance and answer questions
Driving Range & Short Game Area
- Golfers will only have access to the driving range and short game area a maximum of 30 minutes prior to their pre-booked tee time
- Range balls will be purchased through the pro shop
- All balls collected from the range will be washed thoroughly with soap and water at the cart shed
- The range shed will be closed and locked
- We encourage all members and guests to use the hand sanitizer available by the driving range and short game area, once finished warming up and prior to teeing off
Power Carts
- Power carts will be available on a first come first serve basis
- 2 players per cart
- No seed bottles will be available
- Power carts will be washed, cleaned, and sanitized after every use
Golf Club Storage & Lockers
- Club Storage will be open
- Lockers and bathrooms in the downstairs area of the proshop is open
Tee Off
- Golfers will only be permitted to tee off at their pre-booked tee time
- All groups must be arranged prior to arrival at the course
- Group size will be 2, 3, or 4 golfers
- Scorecards and pencils will be available at the pro shop
On the Course
- Golfers are required to practice physical distancing (minimum of 2 metres) at all times, including within their own group
- Ball washers and bunker rakes have been removed
- Flagstick can be removed while putting
- If you have an unfavourable lie in a bunker, we encourage you to pick up your ball, use your foot to smooth the sand and then replace the ball in its original location
- On course bathrooms will only be available on the 6th and 16th hole
- Clubhouse bathrooms will be available which are near the 1st tee, 9th green, and 18th green
After Completing Your Round
- The Snack Shack will be open daily from 10am to 6pm for to-go orders
- Leave your pull cart and/or power cart in the designated drop off locations – our staff will collect and sanitize it for the next player
Clubhouse
- The snack shack will be open daily from 10am to 6pm, hours may vary based on play.
- The bathrooms attached to the clubhouse will be open, cleaned and sanitized throughout the day

Physical distancing (a minimum of 2 metres) will be required at all times while using the bathrooms

Food and Beverage
- The beverage cart service will be open everyday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (weather permitting) (September hours may vary)
- Snack shack will be open daily from 10am to 6pm, and will carry items including sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, chips, chocolate bars, as well as an assortment of drinks
- There will be a direct phone number sign posted on the 8th hole for pick up at the snack shack
- Golfers are required to practice physical distancing (minimum of 2 metres) at all times while ordering and/or picking up
- Preferred payment is debit/credit cards – card terminal will be sanitized between customers (cash will still be accepted)
Most importantly, you must practice physical distancing (a minimum of 2 metres) while you golf and enjoy our wonderful property to the fullest! These COVID-19 guidelines will be updated as provincial pandemic response measures change. Any update to these guidelines and plans for opening additional club amenities will be communicated to you. Please be assured that the Teulon Golf & Country Club will be taking every precaution necessary for the safety of our members, guests, and employees.
